   - All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
   - Exceptions may apply during restocks, launch days, big sales, or holidays. Order processing times may increase to 7-10 days during this time. 
   - We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods:
   - We offer standard and priority shipping services for domestic and international orders.
   - The shipping carrier and delivery method will depend on the destination and package weight.
3. Shipping Costs:
   - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the weight of the items in your order. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
   - We may offer free shipping promotions or discounts on qualifying orders.
4. Delivery Times:
   - Domestic orders typically take 2 to 4 business days for delivery after order processing.
   - International orders may take longer depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
   - Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order:
   - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
   - You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. Customs and Duties:
   - International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country.
   - Any and all additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages:
   - Mindful Me and Co. is not responsible for packages lost/stolen in transit or for packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping provider to file a claim on the lost or stolen package.
   - In the rare event that your package is lost in transit (meaning, 14 days with no tracking updates for Domestic and International shipments), please contact our customer support team immediately. 
   - We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
8. Shipping Restrictions:
   - Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions or limitations based on the destination or local regulations.
   - It is the customer's responsibility to review and comply with any applicable shipping restrictions.
